Direct answers before you request help.
If your question isn’t covered here, include it in your support request and we’ll address it before work begins.

Do you offer remote support?

Do you offer on-site support?
+
Yes. On-site support is available for homes and small businesses when the problem needs hands-on attention.
Can I drop off my computer?
+
No. Desk & Den does not currently have a public customer drop-off location.
Do you offer pickup?
+
Scheduled pickup may be available by prior arrangement. It is always quote-only, and pickup, return, timing, documentation, and charges are confirmed before the device is accepted.
Do you order computer parts?
+
No. Desk & Den does not order or purchase any customer parts.
Who buys repair parts or custom-PC components?

The customer chooses the retailer, places the order, pays directly, and retains the receipt, warranty, return rights, and retailer relationship. Desk & Den may help identify compatible parts and install them after delivery.
Do you build gaming PCs?
+
Desk & Den can help identify compatible parts and assemble, configure, and test the computer after the customer receives the components.
What happens if more time is needed?
+
Desk & Den stops and discusses the additional time and cost before continuing.
Is diagnosis a separate free service?
+
No. Diagnosis is part of paid service time. If the problem is resolved during diagnosis, that is a completed service.
What is after-hours pricing?
+
Approved after-hours work is billed at 1.5 times the applicable standard service rate, and the price is confirmed before the appointment.
Do you guarantee every problem can be fixed?
+
No. Some problems involve failed hardware, unavailable parts, third-party accounts, vendor restrictions, data loss, or specialist work. Desk & Den explains the practical options and stops before adding unapproved cost.
Will you keep my passwords?
+
Customers should enter passwords themselves when practical. Access is requested only when needed and authorized. Don’t submit passwords through the support form.
How do I request help?
+
Submit the support form with the device, issue, preferred service type, location, and contact information.
